This Is Now Officially A Photoblog!

Well say yay all you.

Introducing my new Brother-In-Arms, or the Arms itself if you will: The Nikon D80.
A 18-200mm Nikkor VRII will arrive shortly, but right now I will own everything I see with the humble 18-55mm Nikkor.

And here's my first solo run at The Merlion and Esplanade, all with HDRi.

Well I don't care if these perspective are taken to death by people around the world and stock photographers, it my first run and its my party. Apparently HDRi night shots are pretty challenging, not to mention some occasional boats wandering around. But thats the spice of life. Dig in.

Glass Ball

Happiness is like a glass ball. It's there... only that many of us can't see it and therefore deny its presence. When happiness is shattered... it's broken into infinite small pieces... there for you to pick them up. You can pick as many pieces as you want... as long as you're not frightened of cutting yourself. Sadly... it is not possible to pick everything up again... to get the same glass ball again. But who said you can't make a more beautiful figurine out of it?
